Summary

Mr Sumner Welles, US Undersecretary of State arrives in Naples as the first call of his "peace" exploring tour in Europe. In Rome he meets Count Ciano, Italian Foreign Minister, prior to visiting Mussolini, and later leaves for Berlin for talks with Hitler.
