- British evacuees arrive in Singapore from Japan. RAF trainees recruited in Malaya who have completed their initial training will go on to complete their full training in Canada. They are inspected on Graduation Day by the Governor of Malaya. British and and Australian airmen patrol the dense jungle areas of Malaya in their American built Brewster Buffalo fighter planes. Men of the British and Imperial forces go through an intensive OCTU Training Course to perfect themselves in the methods of jungle warfare. Australian pressmen in the jungle in search of a story.
