MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Hore-Belisha Resigns. DESCRIPTION: Mr Hore Belisha resigns as Secretary of State for War. He is replaced by Mr Oliver Stanley. SHOTLIST: Various scenes of Mr Belisha leaving his home and later arriving at the War Office. In connection with this a symposium was issued with the above scenes of HB and library scenes some of which he was with Lord Gort. Also shots of his successor Oliver Stanley and of Sir John Reith, new ministers of Information.
