- Summary
- Pathe synopsis: Suffer little children - to gather the wild-flower beauty of the Derbyshire dales to give thanks for deliverance, six centuries ago, when Tissington and a string of Derbyshire villages were saved from the Great Plague by the purity of the water in their wells. Today they remember this by dressing their wells with holy tableaux with flower petals instead of paint - works of art which last for only three or four colourful days, vividly captured by our cameraman.
