SHOTLIST: Cut story. Aerial & ground shots of ruined town of Pelileo. Refugees wander among the ruins. Roads & waterways blocked. Cars smashed, houses just ruins. American planes fly in to relieve. Blood plasma administered to wounded. Churches ruined.
