Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: The Indian Scene. DESCRIPTION: A Yugoslav plane, arriving at Delhi’s airport, brought Marshal Tito on his second visit to India. He was greeted by President Prasad and Prime-Minister Nehru. Then, escorted by the President’s cavalry bodyguard, the State drive to the Palace began, followed by an Army Parade the following day. SHOTLIST: Bands marching on runway (key). MS Yugoslav plane taxies in. MS Tito & wife step from gangway. Closer - President Tito & wife greeted by President Prasad & Mr Nehru.
