- Summary
- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Swimming Sensation. DESCRIPTION: Marilyn Sidelsky is a far more advanced swimmer than any girl of her age we have had in this country. So says her coach, Mr Reg Laxton. Marilyn’s age is 12. She comes from Southern Rhodesia and was once a neighbour of Olympic medallist Natalie Steward. She swims like a fish, and can do a hundred yards free style in 62 seconds. Easy to see from these pictures of Marilyn practising in a London swimming pool that she is indeed a potential champion. SHOTLIST: Key Scene. MS Marilyn Sidelsky with coach. MCU same. CU Marilyn.
