MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Tree-Top Deterrent. DESCRIPTION: Blue Steel is the stand-off bomb now being carried by Britain’s V Bombers, it’s the mainstay of our defence network. Our pictures show a demonstration at RAF Wittering, in Northamptonshire. Mr Hugh Fraser Secretary of State for Air has described bomber command as the Keystone in Britain’s Defence.
