The Northern Ireland Parliament is prorogued for a year but not suspended. SHOTLIST: MS Mr Faulkner arrives by car in Downing Street. CU door of No 10. MS pan Faulkner walks from car to door past pressmen, turns and stands at doorway. CU Faulkner between 2 policemen at No 10 door, turns and walks in. LS pressmen waiting round doorway. MS pressmen waiting, reading paper. CU camera & equipment on ground pan up to another camera & pressman waiting. MS zoom into CU Mr Gerry Pitt & another man standing by car in Downing Street. MS pan (evening) Faulkner and Heath come out past pressmen. MCU Faulkner & press. MS press photographers & Faulkner leaving.
