MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Miss Highland & Islands. DESCRIPTION: 19 year old Miss Agnes MacLeod, a nurse from Glasgow, who is this year’s Miss Sutherland won the title. She also wins a trip for two to Cyprus. This wasn’t a beauty competition, the judges looked for personality, grace, charm and poise. SHOTLIST: GV pan Aviemore Centre.
