- COI synopsis- ‘Carrousel Britanico’ visits Edinburgh, ancient capital of Scotland where the annual festival of music and drama has become world famous. On the castle esplanade soldiers of the Commonwealth take part in one of its most popular events - the Military Tattoo. On this occasion, pipes, drums and bandsmen of the 2nd Sikh Regiment, together with the 61st Indian Cavalry, take part in a stirring pageant of colour and movement to the strains of magnificent martial music.
