- COI synopsis: Many an awkward problem can be solved by introducing a bit of flexibility. In this issue we look at the importance of being flexible - and what flexibility can mean. On remote railway bridges in Scotland flexibility can be the solution to an awkward maintenance problem. A new machine loops its way down from the track and underneath the bridge to carry out routine inspection.
