British Pathe synopsis: L/S of a crowd of people gathered in a park with skyscrapers in the background. Various shots of children doing dances around maypoles. "This shows that even the City of Tall Storeys can come down to earth for simple pleasures." More shots of the dancers dancing around the maypoles. Incomplete.
