Summary
British Pathe synopsis: The boys of Reedham Orphanage in Purley perform a demonstration drill. "Left, right, left, right..." smart as they make ‘em - movements in many patterns - weaving patterns of life into the drill ground." High angle shot of boys marching in a circle. The boys march towards each other and form a star pattern. They stretch out their arms and kneel down. They then make other patterns including a circle with a star inside and a honeycomb shape. One of the patterns looks like the Star of David. All these shapes are seen from a high angle. More patterns are made.
