M/S of a group of young women wearing overcoats and scarves standing beside a pile of luggage. High angle shot of the girls climbing aboard boats - some of the younger girls wear gymslips. M/S of boats moving away from the riverbank. "The girls who wave the tillers rule the boats." M/S of pleasure boats moving towards the camera. M/S of small yachts moving along the Broads. "Of course, there is sometimes work to be done..." M/S of two girls sitting on top of the cabin of a boat peeling potatoes. M/S of three girls swabbing the decks with brooms.
