- Summary
- COI synopsis: In a factory in southern England, marmalade is made for breakfast tables all over the world. Here, oranges are crushed to pulp, then cooked with sugar. The peel stays in, for it’s that which gives the marmalade its distinctive flavour. After cooking, the hot marmalade is ready for bottling. The camera takes a look at the colourful "parade" of jars jostling on the factory conveyor, being filled and made ready for marketing.
