- Summary
- COI synopsis: Back in England, ‘Carrousel Britanico’ watches a display of horsemanship by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, staged against the backcloth of Windsor Castle. In pioneering days, law and order in Canada’s many thousand square miles of wild territory could only be maintained by policemen on horseback. Nowadays, the "Mounties" may travel in cars, trains or aeroplanes, but they still jealously preserve their title - the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
