- Summary
- Babcock and Wilcox synopsis: Many of the men in the Dumbarton works of Babcock & Wilcox breed and race pigeons, or "doos" as they are called locally. The film shows something of this fascinating pastime and describes the training and racing of the birds. There is a fine panorama of Dumbarton from "The Rock" and an incidental background of Babcock level-luffing cranes at a famous Clydeside shipyard.
