Summary
NoS Summary - Thousands of eggs are broken and fried each day for breakfast at a holiday camp.
Researcher Comments
Commentary: Imagine waking up every morning to the thought that five thousand people are hungrily awaiting breakfast! Throughout the holiday season, the cooks at a Skegness establishment are up early, busily frying those five thousand eggs which must be ready simultaneously. It’s almost a conjurer’s art.
