MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Vc Parade at Cardiff. SHOTLIST: The troops of the depot march past. Messrs Tasker, Fuller and Lewis take the salute. The Lord Mayor of Cardiff presents a certificate to the best Cadet Lieutenant Corporal Williams James. James is also the recipient of a prize on behalf of the Best Platoon. He receives a Cup from the Lord Mayor. Troops of the depot march past, led by the goat mascot and followed by the 5th Battalion Welsh Regiment.
